Refund policy

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1. This Refund Policy (the "Policy") governs the purchase and use of all digital products, including but not limited to Shopify themes and associated license keys (collectively, the "Products"), provided by ECOM ELIXIR LLC ("the Company").
1.2. By completing a purchase, you, the user ("the User"), acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you are not authorized to purchase or use any Products from the Company.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

2.1. All sales of Products are final. The Company maintains a strict no-refund policy due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods. Upon delivery of the Product, the User shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or exchange under any circumstances.
2.2. The Product is delivered instantly upon purchase and is considered "used" once the theme files and/or license key have been made available to the User.

3. LICENSE KEY POLICY

3.1. Each Product purchase includes a unique license key that is integrated into the theme code. This key is essential for the activation and proper functioning of the Product.
3.2. The issuance of a license key constitutes the full and complete delivery of the Product. Once a license key is issued, it cannot be deactivated, resold, or returned. The User is responsible for the safekeeping of their license key.

4. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND WAIVER OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1. The User acknowledges that the Products are digital content supplied immediately upon purchase. By agreeing to this Policy and completing the purchase, the User expressly consents to the immediate performance of the contract and waives any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period (e.g., the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

5. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND ISSUE RESOLUTION

5.1. While refunds are not provided, the Company is committed to ensuring its Products function as advertised. The Company will provide technical support for the following issues: a) Verifiable bugs or defects in the Product's code. b) Issues with accessing or downloading the Product files. c) Problems with license key activation.
5.2. The User must notify the Company of any such technical issues within a reasonable timeframe. The Company will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

6. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's official website. Continued use of the Company's Products after any such changes shall constitute the User's consent to such changes.
